Emmas Watson says America has become her “second home”. The actress — who is studying a Liberal Arts Degree at Brown University — told The Orange County Register, a local Southern California newspaper, that she loves living in the US.

“It’s been great; it’s been an adventure,” she said. “In fact on the second day of the junket this week, I met with all the American journalists and I felt as if I were home.

“It was great to hear American accents again. America really is my second home…

She added: “Americans are friendly and sweet and open and honest and gorgeous.”

Meanwhile, Emma — who has starred as teenage wizard Hermione Granger in the Harry Potter movie franchise for more than ten years — has admitted while she is sad the movies are coming to an end, she also feels a huge sense of relief and can’t wait to see what the future holds.

“People keep saying to me, ‘So this is the end, how do you feel about it being the end?’” she said.

“And I’m like, ‘It really doesn’t feel that to me.’ It feels like the beginning. It’s actually really an exciting time for me rather than this kind of the end. I can’t stand everyone calling it the end. I’m 20 years old. Seriously, guys.

“It feels like I’ve been handed my life back, like I’ve been let off a leash.”

Jessica Simpson didn't buy her own engagement ring. Insiders recently told Gossip Cop that Jessica "did not buy the ring" and was "completely surprised" by the proposal.

The story was run by Star Magazine. The tabloid claimed Jessica bought her own new bling, which features a central ruby flanked by two diamonds, and forced Eric to ask her hand in marriage by giving the former San Francisco 49ers tight end a "now or never" ultimatum. PopEater also reported the similar story.

A friend of Jessica told the site that there was "no way could Eric, who doesn't have a job at the moment, afford to purchase such an expensive ring." The friend went on, "Yes, he made a little bit of money in the NFL and is from a wealthy family, but unless his parents helped him out, Jessica must have paid for it herself."

A family friend further told the site that Jessica paying for her own engagement ring "just doesn't feel right."

The source said, "We all want Jessica to be happy and finally find true love after all she has been through, but she doesn't understand that in the long run if she pays for everything it will hurt her relationship with any man."

Eva Longoria Filed For Divorce From Tony Parker

Eva Longoria filed for divorce from husband Tony Parker this morning. The petition cites only the standard "irreconcilable differences" for the split.

Sources connected with Tony tell TMZ ... Tony did indeed have a "sexting relationship" with Erin Barry, the estranged wife of former San Antonio Spur Brent Barry, but it ended months ago. The sources insist, "They never had a physical relationship."

Tony and Eva were well aware that the divorce would be filed. We're told Tony was planning on filing for divorce in San Antonio, Texas because it was more convenient, but, "Eva talked him out of it because she wanted to file in Los Angeles."

Sources also tell us -- contrary to the statement Eva's rep made to TMZ -- Eva not only knew she was filing for divorce, but it was timed to coincide with the Us Weekly interview. As for why Tony and Eva are telling different stories about the divorce, a close friend of Tony's says it's simple: "She was into the whole PR thing. He wasn't."

Eva's people say Tony's story is untrue ... with one source telling TMZ, "Eva and Tony were still talking about working out the marriage up until the morning she filed."

Kate Middleton Regrets For 'Never Meeting Diana'

Kate Middleton the 28-year-old beauty announced her engagement to second-in-line to the British throne Prince William yesterday (16.11.10) - sees William's late mother as an "inspirational" figure she can look up to in life.

She said: "Obviously I would have loved to have met her and she's obviously an inspirational woman to look up to. On this day and going forward and things, you know, it is a wonderful family, the members who I've met have achieved a lot and very inspirational."

Her new fiance told there is no pressure on Kate, and he is confident she will "carve her own future". William added: "There's no pressure, though. Like Kate said, it is about carving your own future. No one is trying to fill my mother's shoes, what she did was fantastic. It's about making your own future and your own destiny and Kate will do a very good job of that."

The future princess - who has been dating William for almost nine years - also revealed she is "nervous" about being welcomed into the fold of one the world's most famous families, but hopes she can use her position to "make a difference".

False Reports: Eva Longoria And Tony Parker Divorcing

All reports are false. Yesterday Reports broke that Eva Longoria and her husband Tony Parker have denied rumours they are getting a divorce. They both seem happy together. Eva looked pretty much as home on his lap at the 2nd Annual Rally For Kids With Cancer not even a month ago. What gives? Apparently, nothing, because according to Eva’s spokesperson Liza Anderson the story has no merit, and Tony and Eva are not divorcing.

The story has drawn back by TMZ which they posted, and are now reporting that Tony doesn’t even have a divorce lawyer to begin with.

They’ve stated, “A rep for Eva Longoria tells TMZ our story that Tony Parker filed for divorce is not true… Eva’s rep tells us Tony did not file and does not even have a divorce lawyer.”

The misconception came from the fact that two clerks at Bexar County Courthouse, Texas, had said that the divorce case was filed and sealed by a family law judge. TMZ has posted, “Another clerk at the courthouse now tells us she’s in charge of sealed cases and says no such case has crossed her desk.”

Drama for nothing. Those two clerks better hide from Eva ’cause she’s known to fight back.

The pair first met after a Spurs game, when Longoria and her father were invited back to the team’s pressroom to meet the players where they "immediately hit it off." Longoria and her father were then invited to join the 28-year-old NBA star for dinner.

The 35-year-old actress and the San Antonio Spurs star were engaged in November 2006 and married in July of 2007 in a Roman Catholic ceremony in Paris.

Christina Aguilera Wins Star On Hollywood Walk Of Fame

The 29-year-old American singer Christina Aguilera is to the Walk of Fame in Hollywood today, as the Burlesque star continues her blitz of press for the upcoming film.

Aguilera was just a child when she broke into show business nearly 20 years ago as a member of The New Mickey Mouse Club, a show that also counted Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake as cast members.

The 29-year-old singer was still a teenager when she won her first Grammy in 1999, for best new artist. She has collected three more in the years since.

The singer-actress thanked her mother, Shelly Kearns, 'for getting me around to all these auditions. My family has been very supportive.'

Aguilera, whose star marks the 2,432nd addition to the famous Walk, ended her speech by urging her fans to keep on dreaming. "Dream big, everybody, because I worked very hard for this moment and I want to thank you all for allowing me the opportunity to share it with all of you. I love you!" the 29-year-old beauty gushed.

Aguilera has sold over 46 million albums worldwide making her one of the best-selling music artists of all time and is one of the best selling single artists of all time, being the second best selling single artist of the 2000's, behind only Madonna.

Brittny Gastineau Is Busy With Michael Phelps

Brittny Gastineau the reality television star is now dating golden boy Michael Phelps.She is the daughter of former NFL star Mark Gastineau. Michael Phelps the winner of a record eight gold medals at the Beijing Olympic Games in 2008.

Brittny Gastineau and Michael Phelps were recently marked both getting into a vehicle in Los Angeles. They both were marked together at the Grove in Los Angeles, where they were photographed shopping and getting drinks at Coffee Bean.

According to a report by TMZ, a source said Phelps and Gastineau were getting cozy hanging out at the Mondrian Hotel on Friday night, November 12. They were also seen the next day by TMZ cameras as the couple visited a Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf location.

The couple has been attached to some controversy, however, as the spotting has led many media outlets to question Phelp’s dedication to his training for his final run at the 2012 London Olympics. Gastinaeu is best known for her appearance in E!’s "Gastineau Girls," which ran for two seasons in 2005.
