Michael Lohan Jr. isn’t making excuses for his troubled sibling, Lindsay Lohan, but offers his unconditional love and understanding.
“I think that in the past, her vision had been blurred,” Michael, 22, tells PEOPLE in an exclusive statement of his sister, who voluntarily entered a rehab facility this week.

While admitting that his sister has made bad choices, Michael also says Lindsay’s recovery has been hampered by her social circle.
“People she was surrounded by – enablers, leeches, whatever you’d like to call it – made things very difficult,” he says. “It’s quite strenuous to right your wrongs when the people around you help justify your actions. Therefore, cloudy judgment made it easy for her to neglect those trying to guide her.

She told that the people who attack Lohan Access Hollywood for failing a recent drug test, they should consider that what their own action would be if thier daughter was in similar way as Lohan.

"Stop judging her," she said. "That baby simply needs some help and if it was your baby, would you want to turn on the TV every night and hear people's horrible opinions and they don't know what’s really happening?"

The star continued: "So the advice is for us. Stop judging that baby."

Lindsay Lohan is reportedly moving to check back into rehab.
this time it's going to be intensive inpatient rehab.

Lohan's latest round of legal woes comes following her 13 days in prison and 23 day stint in a court-appointed rehab facility in recent months. "Substance abuse is a disease, which unfortunately doesn't go away over night," Last week she also tweeted "I am working hard to overcome it and am taking positive steps."...

Lohan has another probation violation hearing on Oct. 22, where she could potentially face more jail time for the positive drug test in her ongoing DUI case.
