Lindsay Lohan Have No Shortage Of Job Offers

Lindsay Lohan, who is currently undergoing a rehab stint, has been inundated with scripts in recent months.

The Mean Girls star is currently serving out a three-month court-ordered stay at California’s Betty Ford Clinic and she will continue to receive treatment at the facility until January next year.

Though she might have a lot of offers in future, the recent trip to rehab has cost her a role in ‘Inferno’, an upcoming biopic of porn star Linda Lovelace, with director Matthew Wilder insisting that Lohan’s personal problems made it ‘impossible’ to secure insurance.

Her producer pal, Ethan Terra – who co-owns a production company with Lohan’s mother Dina – has stated the star will not have any troubles getting back to work once she is released.

“It’s not fair in any way, shape, or form for those reports to be out there. Lindsay is 100 per cent insurable, all she had to do was put up a fee as a bond then she would have been paid upon completion. I could insure her today. She was definitely not fired,” Contactmusic quoted him as telling Fox News.

“Lindsay has absolutely no qualms about getting work. She literally has a mountain pile of scripts to choose from. When she is ready, we’d like to see her take on a positive role; she is doing so amazingly well with her recovery,” he added.

Lindsay Lohan Got Out For 24 Hours

Lindsay Lohan got out from rehab yesterday for 24 hours. The troubled actress, who is undergoing a treatment program at the Betty Ford Center. She was allowed to go back to her LA home to get some shuteye in her own bed and collect a few belongings.

Lohan Spotted alongside her assistant Eleonore at the star’s West Hollywood home, Lindsay is believed to have been granted a day out of the sober house on the grounds of “good behavior”.


However, the Machete star's time outside the confines of the treatment facility wasn't due to last long, as an insider revealed she was heading back to the Betty Ford Center - which she entered on September 27 - last night.

The source said yesterday: "She is heading back tonight to her home at Betty Ford." Meanwhile, the 24-year-old actress is reportedly set to meet with her estranged father Michael as part of her court-ordered rehab program next week.

An insider recently revealed: "Lindsay is now open to working on things with her father. It's a part of her recovery. She's taking things seriously and she's really had a lot of success so far." Lindsay's continuing legal issues stem from a 2007 conviction for Driving Under the Influence

Lindsay Lohan Wants Link Back Old Friends

Lindsay Lohan the troubled actress is trying to link back with her old friends. Currently she is in a court-ordered rehabilitation stay at the Betty Ford Clinic in California until early January 2011.

The actress is said to be using her two-hour weekly internet usage time to try and make amends with former pals. According to TMZ, maximum people Lindsay has been getting back in touch with are those she cut out of her life when they tried to tell her she had a problem with excessive drinking and drug taking.

Last week, pals at the clinic claimed Lindsay was finding her time there hard and was feeling lonely. A source said: "At the moment she is finding it tough being in rehab and she misses her friends and family.

"Lindsay has not made any great friends inside the clinic, she is just trying to keep her head down and get on with things."

Her current trip to rehab is her fifth attempt at getting clean and sober and follows her breaking the terms of her probation for a 2007 driving under the influence (DUI) case.

In September, she tested positive for two drugs in her system, leading to her new stay in rehab.

However, she avoided an expected jail term for the relapse, and was instead told to stay in rehab until early next year.

Fox Ordered Lindsay Lohan Back To Rehab

"Lindsay Lohan will go back to the Betty Ford Center until Jan. 3 and report back to court in late February" Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Elden S. Fox ordered.

Everyone in court laughed when Judge Fox revealed that he set the for January 3 because he doesn't want Lindsay out parting on New year's Eve, and her next court date is scheduled for February 25.2011.

A prosecutor had advocated a six-month jail sentence for the "Mean Girls" star, but Fox opted for rehab after reviewing filings by probation and rehab officials and a letter written by Lohan.

Lohan cried after hearing the sentence.

The judge acknowledged that Lohan, 24, has been in-and-out of court and rehab since a pair of high-profile arrests in 2007. He told the actress that he would not be manipulated by her, but was giving her a final chance to stay clean.

"You're staying past the New Year's -- there's a reason for that," Fox said.

Today's hearing was Lohan's fifth court appearance since May, when she ran into trouble with her probation for missing several weekly counseling sessions. She later spent 14 days in jail and 23 days in rehab as punishment.

Next time Lohan will appear in court on February 25.

Lindsay Lohan Will Be Back To Jail Or Rehab


Lindsay Lohan is moving back to Los Angeles criminal court to face a judge who will decide that which one will be suitable fro her jail or rehab. After spending 24 days she has left the Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage, California on Thirsday night, October 21.

Four weeks ago Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Elden Fox sent her to jail other then another judge knock over the decision to deny the actress bail later that day. After spending 14 hours in jail she got out on $300,000 bail.

Her lawyer Shawn Chapman Holly has been desperately trying to arrange a meeting with the judge before today, but was turned down. But her team are apparently expecting the worse after her requests were turned down.

It is believed her mother Dina joined Lindsay in the in the center on Wednesday (20/10/10), ahead of her daughter,s release.

A source said “she told me she saw Lindsay and she is feeling really well and doing great”

Today’s hearing will be her fifth court appearance since May, she fallen in trouble with her probition on a three year old drug and drunken driving case.

Shawn Chapman Holly’s challenge at Fridays hearing will be to convince Judge Fox that Lohan should continue in the substance abuse rehab program instead of serving a jail term for violating probation.

Lindsay Lohan Having 'Family Day' In Rehab

Michael Lohan is probably not going to be there as things appear to still be tense between the whole family.

While the starlet's dad (whose divorce from Dina was finalized in 2007) has repeatedly stated his desire to reconcile with his estranged daughter and embark on joint therapy as a family even concocting a short-lived scheme to fake an alcoholic relapse and check into Betty Ford to gain face time with Lindsay Radar's source says he's not included in tomorrow's "family day" visit.

Few days ago, Dina told the news outlet that her ex-husband, 50, was a "twisted individual" who is "hurting Lindsay" with his media antics. She also claims he's in arrears on child support payments for the two youngest Lohans, Ali and Cody. "Mike has lost his mind," says Dina, 48.

Lindsay Lohan Seeks Shorter Probation

Lindsay Lohan's legal team reportedly want the length of her court-ordered probation presently scheduled to run until August 2011 lessened. Apparently they're all a little worried she'll get into trouble before the period ends.

Lindsay is presently in the Betty Ford rehab center in Los Angeles, following two spells in prison this summer. She served 13 days of a 90-day jail term in July before briefly being returned in September after failing drug tests, although she was released hours later on $300,000 bail.

A source explained to PerezHilton.com: "The longer Lindsay stays on probation, the increased chances that she will get in trouble because of problems staying compliant with the terms of her probation.

“The only person that can modify terms of Lindsay's probation, or terminate it early, is Judge Elden Fox."

The actress could again face a return to prison, as she is due in court on October 22 for a probation hearing after her failed drug tests. Friends of the star have said she isn’t worried by this prospect, however, and is prepared to return to jail.One pal said:

“The fact is jail doesn't scare Lindsay. Before she did her time earlier this summer, she was petrified. Having spent time behind bars, it doesn't have that effect on her. Jail isn't a deterrent for her, period.”

Lindsay Lohan Wanted To Escape Rehab To Buy Coke

Lindsay Lohan faced a rehabilitation facility in Los Angeles last month after failing two court-ordered drugs tests, and another person tried to flee the grounds of the clinic to buy a soft drink from a vending machine at the nearby Eisenhower Medical Center.

They were marked after the 24-year-old star’s accomplice got their clothing snagged on a fence, leaving the duo needing help.

A source told: "Lindsay and her co-conspirator were forced to give it up and flag down a volunteer, who was crossing the center’s grounds on a golf cart.

"The pair were safely returned, decaffeinated, to their hall, where they were the center of a process meeting over what they had done."

There is no soda dispenser at the clinic, which forbids luxuries such as caffeine and television.”

As well as Lindsay being banned from getting her caffeine drink fix, it was recently claimed staff have urged her to cut down on her use of social networking websites and email.

A source said: "Lindsay is only allowed to use her phone for two hours a day, and only to keep in touch with family and close friends.

"Before, she would repeatedly and compulsively email her friends if she was ever in a situation where she felt lonely, and she would vent on twitter."

The policy has been implemented so Lindsay can "concentrate on herself" during therapy.

Lindsay Lohan’s father Michael Lohan wants his troubled daughter Lindsay to pull out of the Linda Lovelace biopic.

The former trader - who has been estranged from Lindsay for a number of years - believes she needs to stop working on the movie project, entitled Inferno, because of its dark storyline concerning the porn star.

Michael Lohan said: "Why would a girl of Lindsay's calibre stoop to doing a movie about a stripper who was a porn queen who got raped by seven executives at one time and wound up dying? How dark is that?
